The most valued scented wood, Kyara (Highest Quality Aloeswood), is used for Kyara Kongo. Enjoy the scent that noblemen of the ancient Japanese imperial court enjoyed during incense ceremonies. Kyara is also used as a main ingredient in Kyara Taikan.

A bit smoky but that's cool cause the interest here should be solely on the Aloeswood. Didn't regret the buy. If you want a good intro into this world this is not bad for $78 for 100 long sticks. No detectable crude base notes which is good so it doesn't ruin the burn. There is a decent hint of the wood but I wouldn't go looking for it, but just accept what it presents don't expect to be hit in the face. Nice intro the addicting world of Aloeswood.
